closely connected each other from taking over the project to the completion of
the design, the core of which is the management of engineering project design,
including personal responsibility system for management of project, management
and supervision of design task, management of design and planning document, as
well as the management of fee charging closely connected with the project
management, the design philosophy of which gives priority to providing
solutions to issues concerning the management of design work of the Design
Institute.
