TLGYS is the software for telecommunication engineering budget and budgetary 
estimate jointly developed with the Ration Quality Monitoring Center under the 
Ministry of Information Industry . The software has passed the examination and 
appraisal of the Telecommunication Engineering Ration Quality Monitoring Center 
under the Ministry of Information Industry .
